Advisen is tracking 131 Madoff-related cases already filed globally, and more are being filed on a daily basis. As new information comes out, these cases become more complex but form a pattern which needs to be considered. As new papers are filed, they need to be read by practitioners to understand the trends.
Advisen is offering a six month subscription service that will provide a weekly email update with a spreadsheet containing information regarding the cases that have been changed in the last week. At the beginning of the subscription, we will provide a listing of the litigation, a summary of each case as well as the complaints. The weekly update will include the new cases being filed as well as updates on existing cases. If new papers are filed, they will be included as well.
