  4. Our second annual study of Broker Services and Fees
  5. Our first survey of Workers Compensation Claims Management

NEW! This year, we've added two more sections. Advisen and RIMS conducted a global Survey of over 1,000 commercial insurance buyers to understand current practices in three key areas: Workers' Compensation Best Practices, Enterprise Risk Management and Brokers Services and Remuneration.

Workers' Comp Practices:

This is the first national survey to identify how employers manage workers' comp costs. It provides a baseline understanding of the key operational best practices in the industry. Learn about the resources that are used as well as the standards of practice employed in the marketplace.

Enterprise Risk Management:

Learn the strides taken by companies, governmental bodies and nonprofit entities throughout the globe in managing their risk profiles. The data characterize the adoption of ERM by size of employer as well as industry. The analysis describes the roles of risk management departments in ERM and identifies the ways risk managers are advancing ERM programs within their companies. Additionally, the report shows where risk managers find support in program development.

Broker Services and Fees:

This is the second survey of broker services and remuneration practices among risk management clients. This survey provides key market insights about the needs of risk managers and how brokers are responding with services. It also describes the changes in compensation practices from the prior survey.
